Sales Co-Ordinator
Salary: £18000 - £21000 per annum Location: Pencarreg, Carmarthenshire Hours: Full Time

Our client based in Pencarreg is currently recruiting for a Sales Co-ordinator to work within the Sales Department, reporting to the Commercial Sales Manager.

The main function of the role is to coordinate weekly orders and assisting the Sales Team with reporting and data inputting.

Key duties include:
• Liaise with customers and the site Sales and Planning Teams to collate and plan orders, entering them onto the weekly planner and AX.
• Collaboratively work with Supply Chain departments, export hauliers, customers and agents, to ensure 100% service level and to ensure customer delivery requirements are met.
• Send release notifications for product ordered from the store and liaise with the logistics team to ensure delivery needs are met.
• Assist the sales team with all sales and customers, as and when required.
• Apply for health certificates for specified customers.
• Prepare and present sales reports as necessary.
• Visit customers and attend trade shows on behalf of the company, if and when required.
• Complete required training programmes.

Skills/Experience:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational, time management and attention to detail skills.
• The ability to work within a team as well as independently.
• Able to maintain a professional manner in all aspects of their work.
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Packages.
• Committed to working within the Company Values.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Whilst this is an office based job, for the training purpose you may have to spend some time in production to learn about the process and products.
