Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £9ph Location: Oldham Hours: Full Time

Our client are looking for a competent, friendly Customer Service Advisor to join their Customer Service Team at their office in Oldham on a temporary to permanent basis.

Role Profile

Working for one of the UK’s leading manufacturers in a high volume fast paced office. You will be able to successfully manage and resolve queries efficiently whilst building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication. You will have the ability to work accurately under pressure, within strict deadlines while being customer focused with an excellent telephone manner.

What You’ll Need

To be considered as a Customer Service Advisor, you will need:

·Previous customer service experience

·Excellent communication skills, tenacity and a result-oriented mind-set

·Self-motivation and drive

·The ability to work as part of a team

·Excellent Word and Excel skills

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 12pm till 8pm (30 mins lunch)
