Field Marketing Executive
Salary: £17000 - £23000PA Location: Manchester Hours: Full Time

Our client provides a professional Non-Obstetric Ultrasound Service to patients in the Greater Manchester area via the local AQP contract. They have Advanced Ultrasound Practitioners delivering the service from their sites/ clinics across Greater Manchester. They pride themselves on achieving KPI’s for their contracts and offer assured appointments within 2 weeks of accepting referral and guarantee issuing of reports within a 24 hours window.

They are currently looking to recruit two experienced Field Marketing Executives, who will be supporting the Marketing Manager on the successful delivery of content-driven marketing campaigns across a range of channels including GP, GP Practices, Federations and Hospitals. You will be given a wealth of creative marketing tools include marketing printed material to drive successful marketing and face to face campaigns across Greater Manchester. This position is primarily field based with once weekly meetings at the companies head office in Oldham. Mileage allowance is provided as well as company phone if preferred. Candidates are welcome to utilise own laptop/PC on the road or from home for online aspects/research or company equipment can be made available. Key Responsibilities:
Reporting functionally to the Marketing Manager directly to the Operation Manager you will be expected to perform the following:
•Assisting in the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns targeted GP Practices to brand and solicit our ultrasound services to mainly GPs, Practice Managers, GP Federations and alike.
•To make and attend your own appointments with decision makers, delivering high standard company presentations to promote and outline company services.
•To plan, manage and deliver a full calendar of customer and prospect events and attend these events to meet with stakeholders.
•Supporting in the delivery of successful mail and email marketing campaigns by creating and executing effective messaging to ensure brand awareness and lead generation goals are met.
•Growing the company’s social presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter and Google+.
•Driving the delivery of successful telemarketing campaigns by providing effective supporting materials and facilitating timely briefings with relevant team members and stakeholders.
•Assisting the digital marketing team with annual campaign with collateral development including professional input into the production of company brochures, flyers, and presentation materials to make GPs, Booking Secretaries, Practice Managers and Practices Receptionist aware of company services.
•Form collaborations with GP Federations/ Alliances to allow us to build potential clinics by allocating rooms at their premises.
•Build a marketing database of all GPs Practices and Hospitals is all CCGs to help in building marketing strategy and enhance marketing planning capabilities.
•Assisting with training of newly appointed marketing staff on routes, visits, conducing effective meeting, marketing campaigns, planning, effective communication, and following plans/ rotas.

Necessary Experience Required:
•At least 2-5 years B2B face to face marketing experience
•Hands on experience of modern marketing disciplines including social, email and telemarketing
•Hands on experience of editing / copywriting
•Full driving licence & own transport (petrol allowance for mileage)
•Knowledge of Greater Manchester area

Desirable Experience:
•Experience within healthcare/ healthcare services/ NHS services
•Experience of working with a CRM system

Greater Manchester (responsible for 1 of 2 location ‘zones’ responsible for 5 of the 10 Greater Manchester CCG’s) £17,000-£23,000 DOE plus attractive bonus scheme offered depending on performance and meeting targets.

Warehouse operative/FLT

Roles & Responsibilities
-We are currently recruiting warehouse operatives for Order Picking/Packing within the despatch department at our Droylsden Distribution Centre. This role involves accurately picking products (large volume) from shelving / racking using a computerised ‘voice’ controlled equipment & headset. Full training will be given for all successful candidates. The position is a manual hands-on role which regularly involves lifting products and hand-wrapping pallets. The role also includes working in the loading bay and dealing with our distribution carriers on a rota system.
All successful applicants will be required to drive fork lift trucks and training will be given to those who do not meet the necessary standard. We currently operate Flexi trucks (Pivot-Steer), Counterbalance trucks and Reach trucks all of which are necessary to fulfil this role.

Working Hours
-The hours for the early shift are 6:00am to 2:30 pm Monday to Thursday and 6.00am to 13.30 on Friday
-The hours for the late shift are 11.15am to 20.00pm Monday to Thursday and 11.15am to 17.45 on Friday
-The standard working week is 39.5 hours per week and the shift patterns alternate weekly
-To meet the needs of the business you may need to work regular overtime, typically this can be up to 6 hours in each week and occasionally on a Saturday morning. All employees are expected to have a flexible approach to working overtime when required.

Rate of Pay and Overtime Rates
The rate of pay for this role on alternate shifts is: -
£18,319 per annum basic > equivalent to £ 8.92 per hour
£18,919 per annum > equivalent to £9.21 per hour (Includes qualifying attendance bonus after 3 months, paid quarterly)

Monday to Saturday the overtime rate is time and a half and Sundays are paid at double time. Overtime is only paid after completing your standard 39.5 hour shift per week.
