Administrative Assistant
Salary: £5.60-£7.50ph Location: Stockport Hours: Part Time

The successful candidate will be working within the Purchasing department at our clients Head office in Stockport on an ongoing contract week to week.

The role will involve;
• Answering telephone calls, taking messages and passing these along
• Helping to resolve customer enquiries efficiently
• Calculating percentages of figures
• Data entry tasks
• All other general office Admin duties as required

Candidate requirements;
• Must be fully computer literate and be able to utilise the full Microsoft office suite of Word, Excel and Outlook
• Good keyboard/data entry skills
• Applicants must have some Admin/ office experience
• Good Mathematical skills
• Excellent telephone manner

Working hours Monday-Friday 9am-3pm, initially on a long term temporary ongoing contract.

27 1/2 hours per week
